About Us

The Underwood West PTA is a newly launched group of parents and school representatives

The main purpose of the group is to host events to help raise funds for the school. All parents and carers of children registered at the school are welcome to become part of the PTA at any point in the year.

During each school year, the PTA will endeavour to raise funds for specific items that will inevitably enhance your children's education. In addition, we will support and promote our school within the local and surrounding community.

We have already held a number of fundraising events such as the Mothers Day Shop, Wear Red for Valentines Day and an Easter Bingo, which were all a huge success.

Our next big events are a Fathers Day Shop which is running on 12th and 14th June and of course our Summer Fair which will be held on Friday 12th July.

We are an active and welcoming group who hold regular meetings. We appreciate meeting times may not suit everyone, if you’d like to contribute but cannot attend a meeting, you can email us any event suggestions you may have.

We are hoping to establish our own Facebook page soon - details will be shared once this is live.

How you can help

We are always looking for fresh ideas and enthusiastic individuals to help improve our PTA. Volunteers are always needed to help events run smoothly. Whether that is in the lead up to the event or at the event itself. Please contact pta@underwoodwest.cheshire.sch.uk if you wish to volunteer.
